Eric J. Brewer will put America and Americans first
The 11th Congressional District's American residents should be secure from the crime and homicides that are associated with the illegal alien presence in the "sanctuary cities" Democratic politicians have created in Cuyahoga County. They should not be stealing jobs and government contracts from Americans. The citizens of foreign nations should not be stealing opportunities for higher learning from our children at our colleges and univerisities. Our children should have top of the food chain access to being educated and trained to provide for our health care; and to manage and control our business, educational and health care institutions.
Local public officials and lenders using federal funds to violate constitutional and property rights must be held accountable
Tens of thousands of 11th Congressional District homes and commercial properties have been taken from Americans by government and banking recipients of federal funds without constitutional protections. Third party tax lien sales, nuisance abatement ordinances, criminal housing ordinances, landbank laws have all been misused to steal and transfer properties while destabilizing home ownership. Congress must make sure no federal funds are used against the constitutional rights of property owners.
Crime prevention and solving does not involve violations of Constitutional Rights
Targeted or random license plate searches that lead to deadly high speed police pursuits violate federal laws Congress enacted in 1966 and 1974 to create and limit unconstitutional access to the highly-inaccurate National Crime Information Center (NCIC) criminal records history database. An NCIC hit alone is not probable cause to arrest. The information associated with a publicly-displayed license plate number is privacy protected. Congress has to step in to protect every motorists 4th Amendment rights by ending NCIC misuse.

The cost of living has been raised to a level that now far exceeds the fixed incomes of the extreme poor in America. Rents, mortgages, food, fuel, public costs associated with government transactions that are covered by tax dollars have increased far beyond the average American worker or retiree's ability to pay. Money Congress is delivering to Ukraine to protect its borders should be used to protect ours.
